Not sure how to get my text down a bit?

I got this text that I place in my footer and no matter how I try to incorporate it into the footer it dose not end up on the footer where I would like it to be.
I did a test page just so you could see what I am talking about.

Give it some margin, e.g.:

margin-top: 20px;
