Div not aligning right in IExplorer

I've been designing a client site for which I'm using an image map on the main nav buttons, ie : Workshops, Feng Shui, etc., while replacing that image on roll over.

Only problem is: it doesn't display right in IExplorer.

The graphic at the bottom of the <div id="MainNavagation"> doesn't line up right with graphics in the divs below. It looks good in Firefox though, so that's at least a consolation.

Is that adequate to look at the problem, or do I need to include the code here?

I'm a newbie, so I'm going about this best I can... but if you see any other dumb stuff I'm doing while you're in there, please feel welcome to comment.
