page loading EXTREMELY slow

if got a problem that appears when i go to a page with lyteboxon it.

if got an iframe on my site..
when i click on a link
it loads the page with the lytebox thumbnails
and i can see them..
but when i try to click one, the image just appears
without any effect..

so i firgured out that it's the page that isn't fully loaded
but it takes about 1 or 2 hours to load it and then it works
as fast as normall.
when i do this one time, it works till i upload my site again (or that paticiular page).

but the problem is that it has to load minimum 1 time at every computer
on every browser. i tried a few browsers but when i tried IE and
he was done loading it worked. but when i try Google Chrome he has to load again.

So, the problem is that it loads WAY to long.
can anyone help me with this problem.
