3) Describe problem: I'm trying to make the menu floats inside a table.

I'm trying to put the floating menu inside the gray cell. The table has fixed width, and centerized. With the current menu script, the menu will stay at the same spot, while the website won't (depending on the user's monitor size/resolution).
