rich html balloontip on .php pages?

Script Title & URL: Rich HTML Balloontip

Problem:

I had the balloontip script already installed -and working- on my website, and now I am converting pages from html to php. Unfortunately, on the .php pages, the balloontip only works where the balloontip link was written on the actual page, and not where the balloontip link was on an included page.

for example, on this page, the balloontip for the image titled "for who? for you" works, but the balloontip for the link to 1&1 internet (at the very bottom, in the footer, which is an included page) does not.

any ideas? thanks very much

sorry to bump my own post. I haven't had any luck figuring this out; can anyone help?
