Exclamation full page height for my background.[UPDATED]

    Ok update:

I am trying to get my background to extend from my header and to my footer.

here is a page where it works to go to the header, (note: I used this same page to do the cooking page and it's not working on that page.)
    http://www.robinsden.co.cc/hobbies/r...ster/intro.php

And here is the page where it dose not work.
    http://www.robinsden.co.cc/hobbies/c...ry_muffins.php

On both though it dose not go to the bottom where it should meet the footer.

Very confused? Any ideas at all would be helpfull, am totaly blown away by this problem.

The part that I am talking about is the light brown background the one behind my welcome to robin's den part.

    Thanks.

Here is another page showing the same problem plus a new one concerning my footer. I tried vertical-align: middle but it did nothing.

My CSS style sheet for all of this is.
