HELP - Accordion Menu won't work correctly

3) Describe problem: I have installed the Bullet List Accordion Menu on my website, it works, however, when I click on a Bullet item, it return me to the index page, when I click on the same bullet item again, it takes me to the correct page. This is very frustrating when I want to go from bullet to bullet. What have I done wrong??
