thumbnail viewer script conflict

3) Describe problem: I have a script conflict with the menu script in IE only. Works OK in firefox and chrome. When i remove the menu script, the thumbnail works fine. I really need both scripts, and I'm hoping there is a workaround. You can view the scripts at the URL, quickmenu.js. @ http://69.9.178.173/rodell2.html
