I like these scripts, but cannot get them to work with frames.

I have a frames page with a "top" and a "main". The scripts are working fine in the top area, but I want the scripts to be in the top area's code and the window to show over top of the entire browser window, not just within my "top" frame. I would like "modal" too.

Any ideas how to adjust these scripts to handle this?
