Need help with my design please

I made this design for this site along time ago, which was easy for me as this is my style.

As you can assume i'm not a professional designer and not even close, and this is why I'm asking for your help:
Lately I was asked to make the design for this site with deals with serviced apartment (Knightsbridge), and I really don't know if its good enough.



Any idea/tip will be welcomed!

Try validating your code for cross-browser compatibility and try not to use tables for layout.
Regarding the design, I think the light green makes the design look unprofessional and it's tough on the eyes.
