"no index" status for rightcolumn pages a good idea?
1) Script Title: Dynamic Ajax Content
2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...jaxcontent.htm
3) Describe problem: The .htm pages I use in my right column I have assigned "no index" status to. I did this because I didn't want people searching Google and then going to one of those pages as it would be out of context.
So I have made them hidden, preferring to use the META tags at the top of the page, if they're still valid as Google search terms.
Was this a good idea? Can anybody tell me for example if a user came across one of my .htm pages that if hey clicked on it in the search results that the whole website would load or just the page (assuming I removed the no index attribute)?
Many thanks in advance.
