3) Describe problem: Does not seem to work when using Google Chrome.

Error message from chrome resource inspector is:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'options' of null. pupdate.js Line 172

Chrome did also not like the form construction within the code pasted to the bottom of my html page, but this was easily corrected by moving it outside the table.

Works fine in IE7. Any ideas?
