Dropdown menu going behind PDF file in Firefox

My site horizontal nav dropdown menu is going behind the PDF file.
Pls suggest any Ideas!!!

Hi,
Please find that attached zipped code.

Note: I have not attched PDF file as I am not able to upload files more than 90KB, so please keep any pdf file in demo folder & change the path in demo.htm accordingly(currently its newspaperads.pdf)

Problem is drop down menu coming behind the PDF file in Firefox.
Please suggest.
