Issue with lists

Ok, I have an issue with html lists.
I'm using simple setup:

<ul>
<li>1</li>
<li>2</li>
</ul>

The list shows up fine in Dreamweaver, and once saved on my PC and viewed in FF works fine.

But, once I upload the page to my server and view it, it shows up as a list for a second as it loads and then just shows up as normal text. Same goes for IE.

I'm not sure what's causing it to stop working on the server, even though I have a list in the same layout in a different folder on the server and it works fine.

Any thoughts?

Maybe it's your computer...? Or your host's server...?

Guys,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. By commenting out css files and js files, I found out that Thickbox css file is messing with my list.

Funny thing is, it's not happening on other pages.
