using carousel commercial & Lightbox V2

I have been working all day trying to install the lightbox feature with the 3d carousel picture viwer. I have the carousel on and working fine but for the life of me can not get the lightbox to work with it. I have followed all of the instructions offered and can not get anything to happen. I am beginning to think I am not as bright as I didn't think I was to start with.
Would you please show me where to paste the codes in the Html & xml. Also, I have generated larger pictures files for this feature that I have put in a subfolder marked big. do I need to do that? Is all of this code just suppose to be added to the website HTML?
I am also wondering if I can d test this as i go along before having to up load it to the WWW every time I want to check it for mistakes. I read that this can not be checked locally but am not sure what locally means.

I NEED SOME HELP FRoM SOMEONE PLEASE ! I need to move on with my life.

First, I have no idea what "carousel" you are talking about. There isn't a standard carousel that anyone would know what you're talking about. So, either post your source files, a link to your page or your code.

Next, try looking into XAMPP or WAMP for Windows and MAMP for Mac to test your pages on your computer without having to FTP.
