How to keep content slider rotating after user clicks pagination

3) Describe problem:

After the user clicks one of the pagination links the slider stops rotating. How can I make the slider pause then keep rotating? I guess it has sth to do with this line, but commenting it out had no effect.

Any help much appreciated as it's a cool script.

There's no quick way to do this unfortunately. It sounds fairly simple, though there are quite a few things that need to be taken into account as well usability wise to make the above work in a desirable manner.
