Coping Text from other sites

Ok I want to pull text from another site that list top 100 searches.

How do I copy this into my site?

First, Which Site is it?

Second, depending if you want to keep the formatting or not, if you just want the plain text, the highlight it, and press CTRL>C and paste it into your text document with CTRL>V, if you want to keep the formatting, you have to view the source and copy that into your page.

Well the site is http://www.drugs.com/top200.html

I only want to put the top 50 on my site but this updates daily so I can just copy and paste it everyday. Instead I want it to pull the info from the site whenever my page is loaded.
