Is is possible to use both Rich Balloon HTML Tooltip and Anylink Dropdown menu?

3) Describe problem: I am trying to use both of these scripts on the same page, but only the Tooltip seems to display. I need both the dropdown menu and a tooltip that allows HTML within the tip, so it would be ideal if they could work on the same page. Is this possible?

My fault, I was missing the script call in the footer-

I'm actually still having problems with this, but in a specific situation - if I am running both scripts on the same page in IE7, I get an "Internet Explorer Cannot Open the Internet Site ... Operation Aborted" error.

In looking online, one fix is to add defer="defer" to the script, but if I add it to the Anylink call at the bottom of the page, the dropdowns won't work. If I add it to the tooltip script, I still get the error. So I'm guessing this fix won't work in this case.

The pages work fine in Firefox.
