dynamic? pop-up window

Hi,

I'm looking for a dynamic pop-up window like that on http://www.sugarsnap.tv/.
When you press the why button, it creates a pop-up window on the same page, sort of like a light box, except with content. I looked around in the source and I found that it uses an open-sourced MIT javascipt file. Is there any way where I can obtain this file other than on http://www.sugarsnap.tv/? If so, is there a tutorial of how to implement the pop-up window onto my website?

Never mind, I found out from the source that it is called thick Box, and I found the website for it.
