    Default Jumper thing

    I think this page uses JavaScript and css to show parts but I don't know what it is. At the bottom there are 5 buttons each shows a different part of the page but it's all in first source code and it doesn;t load other pages on clicking it. Thanks for ideas you can offer on this.
