Ajax tabs load into Iframe

I have been trying to think of ways to be able to combine the two scripts in some way.

So when the external page is loaded into the iframe it automatically resizes like when you use the iframessi script.

Can anyone help or advise me please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am only a beginnner.
