dybamic window script bug

3) Describe problem:
I implemented the dynamic drive windows with no problem
However every time the user presses the backspace key it
takes the user back to the previous page...

i.e) jus like the exploorer back button...

That's not a bug, it's one of the functionalities of the backspace key. If you don't like that and are using Firefox, take a look at this add-on:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1694
