MultiSelect Listbox question

I was wondering if there is a was to disable a multiSelect Listbox and still allow it to scroll for IE browsers only? I've searched around to no avail. Is it at all possible?

yes, although you give disabled="disabled" on your select input, it will still displayed in internet explorer.

so you should do another option , may be adding more script function
