Getting Everything in Line (Text and Pics)

Hello all! I was wondering how to fix a simple problem.

If you look on certain pages, the text does not line up with the picture. I want to fix this problem so it looks more professional.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

take out the <h3> surrounding the image e.g: from

    <h3><img height="266" width="355" src="mainpic.gif"/></h3>
  </div>

to

<div class="floatRight">
   <img height="266" width="355" src="mainpic.gif"/>
  </div>
