i want to make a message box in my web page that appears, when the page is downloaded..... (just like the home page ot Orkut.com, when v recieve a new scrapbook)
that messgae box must b fixed on the page, either we are scrolling the page up and down.....
plzzzz give me the coding of the same or give me some idea how i can make such box.......
