Change frameset attributes

I imagine this might need Javascript so I'm placing this here.

I have a frameset element with certain attributes.

I should like to allow the user to change the frameset element attributes via clicking a button in a frame. In other words, the user can load another frameset element with new attributes.

This only needs to work in IE.

Is this possible?
