What exact feature on the site you linked to are you interested in? I mean, there is a lot going on there. What do we have to do to see the feature that you are interested in at work?

If you are referring to the guy in the header changing his face, I think they are using this one:

If you are referring to the favourite icon, just upload an animated gif and link to it as you would to a favicon, this is what they use:
http://www.desiringhayden.net/animated_favicon.gif
