Iframe SSI II and IE security setting

I have installled the Iframe SSI II script and everything works fine (this site is still a work in progress so please excuse the mess) -- see:

The problem I am experiencing is an error I get only on my desktop at work (actually all the pc's at the office). The network is behind a firewall and I have a lot of security setting applied. I suspect one of these setting is preventing the script from fully executing.

I do not recall the line number but the error is a "permission denied" error. At this point the iframe loads but is only about 100px in height.

If anyone has seen this and knows which setting this is I sure would appreciate the tip.
