placing bullets to right of header

RESOLVED: Using the accordin nav script.
I want the bullets to appear on the left of the header, when I change the code to prefix it doesn't do anything.
here is the part of the code

Do I need to do anything to the html as well. Suffix places the bullets right, none, they go away and src the land right. Thoughts?
