    Default Problem w/ Image Size...

Please check the header image on my blog: http://www.celebritychic.net - you'll notice that the pink "celebrity chic" words are slightly fuzzy, but if you view the actual image: http://www.americanchic.net/blog/celebritychiclogo.jpg , you'll see that it's actually sharp and clear and it's supposed to measure 900 x 100. Is something wrong w/ my CSS? By-the-way, I'm using a Wordpress blog theme.

It looks fine to me in Fx3 and IE7 and by looking at the code there's nothing wrong with it either. What browser are you using? Can you post a screenshot?

Thanks for getting back to me. Yeah - I also noticed that it looks perfect in IE7. Anyway, here is a screen shot:

Attachment 2473 - sorry, that's a bad image. Look at the next post. I cropped out the main problem area.

And here is the actual image uploaded to the server:

Here's a better image of the screen shot:

The difference in quality is very subtle.

(Ignore this thumb at the bottom - I don't know why it's there).

I'm sorry but I just can't see it. Like I said, the code has no problems so there shouldn't be any reason for the image to be different. Maybe your eyes are playing tricks on you? That happens after working with a page for a long time.

I too have just checked it out and would have to agree the words do not look to be fuzzy at all. The only way a word could look fuzzy is if you made it as an image and then you saved it as a lower quality image or you moddifed the size of the image you sarted with. This is the only time a word could apear fuzzy. You may also want to check your monitors settings to make sure it's not that, that is making it look fuzzy to you.
