    Default HV Menu v5.5 by Ger Versluis

    1) Script Title: HV Menu v5.5

    2) Script URL (on DD):

    3) Describe problem:

    I have been attempting to utilize the HV Menu for my web page. I have encountered one small problem that I have not been able to work around and I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me with the solution?

    My web site use Frames with two Columns. I have configured the HV Menu as follows.

    The First Level Menu opens in the Left Column

    The SubLevel Menus open in the Right Column.

    The Target Documents open in the Right Column.

    12 First Level Menu Items.

    2 SubLevel and SubSubLevel items.

    The menu is configured to Open On Hover

    The problem is that when I click on and open a SubSubLevel Menu Item in the Right Column the Hover Over feature stops working in both First Level Menu Items that have SubSubLevel Items. I can only cause the SubSubLevel Menu items to display again by clicking on and opening one of the other First Level Menu Items.

    My Variable Settings:

    var NoOffFirstLineMenus=12;

    var LowBgColor='#CACAFF';
    var LowSubBgColor='silver';
    var HighBgColor='black';
    var HighSubBgColor='black';
    var FontLowColor='black';
    var FontSubLowColor='black';
    var FontHighColor='white';
    var FontSubHighColor='white';
    var BorderColor='black';
    var BorderSubColor='blue';

    var BorderWidth=1;
    var BorderBtwnElmnts=1;
    var FontFamily="arial,comic sans ms,technical"
    var FontSize=10;
    var FontBold=1;
    var FontItalic=0;
    var MenuTextCentered='left';
    var MenuCentered='left';
    var MenuVerticalCentered='top';
    var ChildOverlap=.2;
    var ChildVerticalOverlap=.2;
    var StartTop=140;
    var StartLeft=1;
    var VerCorrect=0;
    var HorCorrect=0;
    var LeftPaddng=3;
    var TopPaddng=2;
    var FirstLineHorizontal=0;
    var MenuFramesVertical=1;
    var DissapearDelay=1000;
    var TakeOverBgColor=1;
    var FirstLineFrame='FC_1';
    var SecLineFrame='FC_2';
    var DocTargetFrame='FC_2';
    var TargetLoc='';
    var HideTop=0;
    var MenuWrap=1;
    var RightToLeft=0;
    var UnfoldsOnClick=0; /
    var WebMasterCheck=0;
    var ShowArrow=1;
    var KeepHilite=1;
    var Arrws=['tri.gif',5,10,'tridown.gif',10,5,'trileft.gif',5,10];

    If someone could help me with a solution to this problem it would be appreciated.

    I have found a solution for this problem on the authors home page.

    Thanks to anyone that might have tried to find a solution.

    I can not find a way to mark this as RESOLVED so if anyone is able to do that or tell me how, it would be appreciated.

    You just go back to your first post, hit the edit button for it:

    switch to the advanced editor and change the prefix in the title section to resolved.

    But I already took care of this one.
