Does the size of a person's monitor affect how tables look? I have a 600x800 monitor, and when I have someone else with a larger monitor check how my webpage looks, the tables are either overlapping or off to the left or right or some other weird thing. On my monitor they look fine...all nice and lined up perfectly. Why don't the tables look right on other computers???? Is there a way to make sure that what appears perfect on MY computer is the same on other computers? I have read tons of material on creating tables and tried several different "tricks" that I have read about, but no one addresses this problem. Any ideas welcome. Thanks.

When you specify the width and height of your table, do it in PIXELS and not PERCENT.

But yes, resolution differences are the bane of website designers, esp. those using layers.

I changed the tables to pixels instead of percent and checked the results on 2 other monitors. That seems to have done the trick! Everything lines up just fine on now, regardless of monitor size. Thank you!
