    1) CODE TITLE: Crossbrowser Horizontal Marquee Effect 2

    2) AUTHOR NAME/NOTES:Tony Ogundipe. Not thoroughly tested yet - so modifications will still come later.

    3) DESCRIPTION: A simple programmatic way of creating a marquee effect. Output is somewhat similar to http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/cmarquee.htm
    but with slight differences.

    It's ok. Just the coding is a little dirty, and in your code you have: <marquee>.

    It worked well in other browsers, but IE unexpectedly gave some problems which i could not resolve so i had to introduce the marquee tag only for IE - however i will have to resolve that bug later and remove the marquee tag to give it consistency.
    I will appreciate if anyone can help me clean it up a bit - i needed it to create another effect - that was why i was in a rush - and i was able to integrate it properly into the new effect i was working on.
