DD Drop Down Menu - Refresh page problem

3) This code installs/looks/works great...BUT I'm formatting it into a 3 column template....when you open a drop down and hit refresh it totally messes up the drop down display....or when you navagate away from the page leaving a drop down "open" and then return...the drop down formatting gets screwed up....
