IE makes a border at right and bottom of my site

Hi, all.

http://www.defossesdesign.com/ is my site.
CSS is at http://www.defossesdesign.com/main.css

Check it out in IE (I'm using 7) and in FF.

See the white all the way down the right and across the bottom, in IE only?

I tried removing a ton of code, setting margins, paddings, borders at 0, nothing's worked.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I don't see any difference between Fx3 and IE7 or IE8. Could you post a screenshot?

The bottom white is less noticeable (or not there) when the screen is maximum size.
See the contact button and the background image at the bottom?
They go flush to the right/bottom in FF, but not in IE, as you can see.
