Graphic Designer's laptop

Hi Friends,
Which one is the best Laptop for Graphic Designers.(Not Mac, Only Microsoft's ). I am using Hp 6767tx. Its operating system is windows vista home premium 32 bit. It is little bit slow than my desktop-which is XP. How can I improve my Lap's performance.

I am considering Thoshiba, HP, Lenova, Sony. My Laptop's booting time is too long and I installed Adobe Photoshop CS4, it is not working properly. (Its configuration is 3GB ram, 250 GB hard disk, 256 MB Geforce Nvidea graphics card, pentium cor 2 duo processor).
