Need somebody to code a fragment of my portfolio.

Alright since I can't code Javacsript worth crap (literally havn't had a gram of js experience) I am seeking somebody out over here. you guys have helped me become the coder I am now, and i need someone to help me with this one last bit.

here are the project details:

What I need developed is a "portfolio scroller." It scrolls through thumbnails of images when you put your cursor left or right on the giant arrow buttons. you can set the speed of the scroll to whatever you want as long as it is useable.

can anybody do this? here is the pic.

I don't know, it's up to him. But in his illustration it has arrows.

i need to look exactly how I showed you and i do not know javascript at all.
