FF 2/3 overflow:auto flickers

I googled for some couple weeks, also I scanned this forum quite intensively.
I tried many hacks, but none works.

Problem description:
this is about FF problem with rendering "overflow: auto".
Hidden div, just before appearing flickers.
I prepped samples to demonstrate this problem with css code used for each.
Plus there is also a description there when exactly that problem shows itself.
