chrome drop down menu doesnt appear in the correct spot

3) Describe problem:
When the webpage on my pc everything displayed correctly. But when i uploaded the page to Vingette the drop down menu appears way at the bottom of the page instead of under the header. I tried moving the div codes to the bottom of the page and changing the zindex. I tried playing with the margins but nothing i have done has changed the postion of where the drop down menu displays.
