3) Describe problem:

I am comparing Cool DHTML Tooltip and Cool DHTML Tooltip II.

I found the followings.
(1) The 1st one has no arrow image. The 2nd one has an arrow image.

I like the 1st one. I don't like the arrow image.

(2) The 1st one has <div id="dhtmltooltip"></div> between <style> and <javascript> while the 2nd one has no <div id="dhtmltooltip"></div>" betwwen <style> and <javascript> .

I like the 2nd one. I like no <div id="dhtmltooltip"></div>" between <style> and <javascript>.

(3) The 1st one need color for customizing width while the 2nd one doesn't need color customizing when I customizing the widht of the lightyellow balloon.

I like the2nd one. I like lightyellow default color and I like width customizing.

Do they have other differences?

For getting no arrow image and no <div id="dhtmltooltip"></div>" betwwen <style> and <javascript> and width customizing with lightyellow default color,
Should I modify the 1st one or the 2nd one?

And How should I modify the code?
