ASP.Net and FrontPage

Whenever I try to edit a .Net page using FP2003, it renders the page useless once saved.
What must I do to be able to edit pages?

Stop using FrontPage?

The editor of choice of .NET is, I believe, Visual Studio. If you don't fancy shelling out for that, use a proper editor, like emacs, vi, Notepad++, TextMate, &c.
