I am loving this script so far...but have one problem....

I want to be able to show one tab once and a while (since my tabs are created dynamically and the user has the option of only having one tab, but when I do that the page errors out...I tried creating a page with just the basic code and one tab and it did the same thing...can someone help me out here, I cannot decipher the code plus I am terrible with js.

I am just curious how come no one has replied, is this something that cannot be done?
