Is all the code at cssdrive copyright?

I think you guys will know the answer to this, is the css, menus and layouts mainly, at cssdrive all copyright because i cant find any terms and conditions, at the bottom of the page there is a copyright statement but i just checking as to whether i can use any code on cssdrive or not?

CssDrive is a gallery, they only link to other sites. If you want to use something you must ask the owners of the codes or read their copyright notices. Most of the sites showcased there probably have a copyright on their code and will not let you use it, but you can find many useful codes in the CSS Library on Dynamic Drive and they are all free.
