Combining 2 mouseover scripts?

3) Describe problem: I'm using the shake image script (though I'm using it on a text link, and the text is a symbol), but I'd like for a text description of the link to pop up next to the symbol once one hovers over it. I'm even willing to make images of the text and use the bullet image link script if it will work. Any advice??
