Cross-Browser Marquee- overlapping

Help ASAP! Installed the cross-browser marquee script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/cmarquee.htm) ... works well... needed to be able to link to pages. HOwever, it is overlapping my drop-down menus in the same area..... how can I make sure it runs under them and not on top of them? Launching tomorrow..... just discovered the problem.
HELP
