DHTML Popup Window overlapping with other UI components

Hi,
I am using DHTML Window Widget available from www.dynamicdrive.com to display a Popup window. The parent page has tomahawk JSF components, the pop window display on top for all components except <t:selectOneMenu>.
When the DHTML window popup is dragged over the SelectOneMenu, the SelectOneMenu component is displayed over the Popup. This happens only in IE and Not in Mozilla browser. I am using IE 6.

I tried specifying z-index to the Popup divs to number far high like 100, but still no luck.
