IE Print Header & Footer

Hi

This might be CSS related - if not, my apologies in advance!

I'm looking for a snippet of code that disables the 'Page x/x' Header and 'Filename' Footer that are displayed on a printed page when a user prints an HTML. It's important that the user can't see the header and footer.
Pls Note: The user does not have to change any settings within IE.

There has 2 be a way!
