    Smile All Levels Navigational Menu (v2.0)

    1) Script Title: All Levels Navigational Menu (v2.0)

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...menu/index.htm

    3) Describe problem:

    In the demo we have 5 items. For some of theme there are also one on more submenus.

    However, the items of main menu are always in the page.

    Home
    DHTML
    CSS
    Forums
    Web Tools

    I would like that the selected - directly or by an item on a submenu - item could have a different color, to be individuated.

    Thank's (thank's for "All Levels Navigational Menu (v2.0)"! ).

    Hmm I'm not sure I understand. Right now if you hover over a sub menu (ie: DHTML-> Item Folder 5a -> Folder 5.2a), the "DHTML" item, or top menu item- remains highlighted regardless of where the mouse is in terms of the sub folders, though the parent sub folder itself does not stay highlighted. Is that what you're asking how to do?

    Question

    what I want to obtain is that, when we are in the page choosed, the item of main menu have same colour having when was choosed.

    mmmm and during I was writing I was thinking also that, in the new page, we can again choose another item...

    You can give the menu that you want to stay highlighted an id value, e.g.
    Code:
    <a href="#" id="highlight">Le cantine</a>
    and then add that to the css file:
    Code:
    .ddsubmenustyle li a:hover, #highlight{
    background-color: black;
    color: white;
    }
