Polish characters are not properly displayed in dynamic content.

1) Script Title: Drop down/ Overlapping Content script

3) Describe problem:

Drop Down content isn't show correctly text using an external file (Ajax).
In the main html file and external html file (sc3.html) i use charset iso-8859-2.

The main problem: Polish characters are not properly displayed in this dynamic content.

Whats wrong?

Use the character entities instead of the actual characters, here is a table with all of them:
