Need Javascript code to align image to bottom of page

I'm trying to add a secondary background to my forums but have it "float" to the bottom of the page. I'll need some kind of Javascript code that will push an element all the way to the bottom of the page. Possible? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Can we see a link to your forums, that would help. Because there maybe a div that we can find to put the footer in.
